Patta Gobhi Recipe

Hello, friends! How are you all? Today, I'm sharing a tasty recipe with you called "Patta Gobhi" that is not only delicious but also easy to make and requires minimal time.

To prepare this dish, you'll need the following ingredients:

  1. Cauliflower (gobhi) - 1
  2. Onions - 2
  3. Green chilies - 2
  4. Ginger
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Mustard oil
  7. Fenugreek (methi) - 1/2 teaspoon

Let's go step by step:

Step 1:
Start by washing and cleaning the cauliflower thoroughly. Cut it into small pieces.

Step 2:
Finely chop onions, garlic, ginger, and green chilies.

Step 3:
In a pan, heat mustard oil. Add fenugreek seeds and wait for them to splutter. Then, add finely chopped onions, green chilies, and the ginger-garlic paste. Stir and sauté until golden brown.

Step 4:
Add the cauliflower pieces and stir-fry for about 10 minutes. Once the cauliflower is soft, add salt according to taste. Close the lid and let it cook for a while.
