Te animas a probarlo?
So time has become short for us sometimes and hunger attacks 😁 where I live lately the weather changes a lot and fruits and vegetables sometimes suffer a little.
This time we made a strawberry, cambur, oat milk and chia smoothie, I needed to rescue some camburs that were very nice on the outside, but inside they were already watery. This recipe was very quick and so were the photos, however I bring you this idea to make the most of the fruits. There is always something we can save
Servings: 2 glasses of 200ml
Ingredients
1 cambur
10 strawberries
10g of chia
300ml milk of. Oatmeal
Note: as the cambur was overdone, its sugar is perfect for sweetening.
Preparation
1.Peel the cambur and cut it into small pieces, the ones you see watery without being black are good, reserve a few pieces to decorate and the rest in the blender.
2.Wash the strawberries very well, sometimes we do not know the origin and we must wash them to avoid any toxic residue, cut into pieces and likewise, reserve a few pieces to decorate the rest in the blender.
3.Add the oat milk, if it has oat pieces there is no problem.
4.Blend at medium speed until you see a uniform pink mixture.
5.Finally add the pieces of fruit to decorate this smoothie gives a lot of energuay, feeling of satiety is an excellent choice.
Now that I leave this here, what else would you add to it? Would you like to try it?
