Thank you so much, @carolynstahl 💕 We need to use mangoes as much as we can because we have a huge tree in our front yard. Luckily, I love them very, very much. My sister taught me how to make bread like 30 years ago. I was a mess; trial and error has helped me a lot 😁 Now I'm thinking about adding sauteed chilies, ginger, pepper and garlic to the leftover jam; I think it must be some sort of interesting chutney. Thank you so much for dropping by!
