Starting from my curiosity in baking bread today, I wanted to turn it into something interesting to enjoy. More precisely, a snack or side dish to enjoy with tea. Or we could also call it a sweet cake, perhaps. It's delicious and might be even more enjoyable if eaten while it's still warm.

Plain bread rolls filled with grated coconut cooked with palm sugar create a sweet and crunchy taste on the outside, giving your dish a unique combination. It's common, but doesn't it make any dish extraordinary? Even plain coconut becomes sweet, savory, and delicious when fried in bread.
Curious about the steps? Let's take a look at how to make it below.
Ingredients

8 slices white bread (adjust as needed)
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
50 grams palm sugar
3 pandan leaves
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
50 grams rice flour
¼ teaspoon salt
Procedure

Result

The end result is very tempting. You can cut each piece into two when serving. This makes it easier to arrange on the plate and, of course, easier to enjoy. In my opinion, this is an extraordinary cake—simple yet very memorable. The sweetness is just right, the coconut flavor comes through, and most importantly, the crispy texture on the outside makes me love it. However, the only downside is that it's a bit greasy, so if you want it less greasy, it's best to use an air fryer or bake it. I recommend it.

As I said above, this cake is perfect to enjoy anytime and anywhere, especially when having tea with your family. This cake will be the perfect accompaniment for you. I'm sure you'll enjoy it heartily because it's that delicious.

I really like the texture, but instead of frying them, can I bake them in the oven? I imagine it will never be the same.
Wow! It's very simple recipe but it turns so delicious. I hope I can taste this. 😍😍
