Well this time, telang flower pudding with a combination of coconut milk is my recipe. Actually, I have wanted to make this dish for a long time. However, there are so many factors that make me determined to make it. Coconut milk pudding with natural coloring from telang flowers is one of my favorite puddings besides being made from natural and vegetable ingredients.
Telang flowers provide a million benefits for your body, besides that the combination with coconut milk provides a different taste quality and has a more vibrant and attractive color.

400 ml fresh coconut milk
15 fresh telang flower florets
5 tablespoons of granulated sugar
¼ tablespoon vanilla powder
Preparation Steps
I take fresh coconut milk directly from the whole coconut and blend it until smooth with enough water. Squeeze with a cloth napkin to get thick coconut milk.

Telang flower pudding is ready to be served, look at the results very beautiful and certainly the aroma is fragrant with a very delicious taste.
It's so nice to finally be able to make this pudding again, after all this time my telang died I skip any preparations from telang although sometimes I have a stock of dried flowers. But I don't know why the preparation of fresh flowers is better in my opinion, maybe because it is served when it is fresh, the pudding looks fresher. Now for those who want to add telang flowers in the jelly dough, it's also okay, it all depends on your own taste. I usually serve it with the flowers in the pudding without coconut milk. But because this uses coconut milk I skip it.
