The big meal is over, the holidays have exhausted my energy to enjoy delicious food and quite a lot of unhealthy food entering my body. It's not accidental, but Eid food cannot be rejected at all. I was confused as to why I was able to enjoy it, at first my eyes were hungry, I tasted here and there, finally ending up with unstable digestion. Haha that's how I forgot my diet that day.
Never mind, today at home I have to prepare a simple lunch. I went to the market on the third day of Eid yesterday, unfortunately the vegetable vendors were still not busy, they didn't sell many vegetables. Because farmers have not been actively working, vegetable prices have increased significantly compared to normal days. Because I didn't have the vegetables I wanted, I saw several packages of straw mushrooms at the vegetable shop. I immediately bought one for 10,000, I thought I would stir-fry this with large green chilies later. It will definitely be very tasty, not spicy and tasty, perfect to enjoy with warm white rice this afternoon!
The following are the ingredients that must be prepared to make stir-fried mushrooms!
Materials Used
- 250 gr straw mushrooms
- 100 gr green chilies
- 2 Spring onions
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp mushroom stock
Cooking Procedure
When making mushroom dishes, what I do first is cut the mushrooms into small sizes.
Then prepare other complete ingredients, chop the garlic, red onion, tomatoes and green chilies according to taste.
Then wash the mushrooms thoroughly, then boil the mushrooms in boiling water for a while, to get rid of the unpleasant taste of the mushrooms.
Remove and drain the mushrooms briefly, then add a tablespoon of heated oil and sauté the onions until wilted.
Add chopped green chilies and tomatoes, stir both until evenly mixed.
Season with salt, then add the boiled mushrooms.
Stir and cook for a while, don't forget to check the taste, if it's just right, remove and serve on a plate with warm white rice.

I have prepared the serving plate for the meal, the sautéed green chili mushrooms are ready to be enjoyed with warm white rice. I sprinkled fried onions on top. Very delicious and definitely perfect for my lunch today.
I started enjoying it, the taste was very delicious, the mushrooms were perfectly cooked and not unpleasant at all. The natural sweet savory taste of the mushrooms combines perfectly with the green chili peppers which are not spicy at all. Well I did want non-spicy food this time. Hehe, my digestion is not yet stable, I think food that is not too spicy with green chili is the most appropriate. Ahh the perfect lunch It's been a long time since I made straw mushrooms like this. Try it, you will definitely like it, and don't forget to enjoy it with rice!.
