Capcai Pokcoy And Tofu |
---|
Pakcoy vegetables are a type of green vegetables that have their own characteristics in terms of taste and shape. Some areas mention it with bowl vegetables. Because it has a shape similar to a round and deep bowl in the middle. This vegetable is also very easy to find, even has a very good taste, and of course it is different from the types of vegetables with the same surname as this vegetable.
Yesterday I found this vegetable in the market area, which is not far from my house. They sell these vegetables quite cheaply, I only paid for the three heads of vegetables IDR. 3000, after finding pakcoy vegetables I bought tofu. The main goal is to make capcai, but this time it's a different kind of capcai. Spicy capcai from tofu and also pakcoy vegetables are the best alternatives when other menus have not been thought of at all. Especially when the rainy cold weather arrives, I need spicy food with a creamy and soft texture from vegetables and tofu.
Materials Used
2 white tofu
2 Spring onions
1 tomato
1 satanic chili
5 bird's eye chilies

---|

---|
Step 7: Enter the pokcoy leaves that have been separated earlier, then add the chili salt that has been mashed. |

Results
A simple capcai made of two simple ingredients is ready to be served with a very distinctive aroma. Moreover, the taste is very tasty, spicy and also has a creamy texture from cornstarch solution. Everything was as expected and what I wanted. The combination of spicy, savory, salty with a very appetizing vegetable taste. Now, for those of you who don't like spicy, you can skip the devil chili because it's very spicy. Or you can add sweet soy sauce in this dish.
I got this vegetable only one serving, and I made it specially for myself, because the spiciness is really crazy. If a cold hits, the only way is to eat something spicy, now because you're lazy to go out because it's raining, it's better to make something healthy even though it tastes spicy. At least I choose ingredients that are not instant ingredients, of course made from vegan.
