Oyster mushroom preparations are endless, including trying special new foods in the form of mushroom ball snacks that have a crunchy texture on the outside and soft inside. Mushroom snacks are very often made at home, but this one snack starts from processed mushrooms that I chopper to wrap with oats, originally I planned to make this recipe like mushroom katsu. However, because the texture did not allow me to turn it into katsu, as a result I processed it into crispy balls with a layer of breadcrumbs on top.
This recipe was inspired by the internet some time ago, I immediately shopped for oyster mushrooms and processed them into this crispy snack dish. So curious about the recipe below, let's prepare it!
Main Ingredients
50 grams of oats
50 grams of breadcrumbs
2 cloves of shallots
1 clove of garlic
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground pepper
½ teaspoon ground coriander
¼ teaspoon mushroom broth
Making Procedure
Shred the oyster mushrooms until they are small so that they are easy to chop later. Well let the stem part to be taken all yes.
Soak with hot water, up to 10 minutes then squeeze the water and rinse with clean water once again.
Choppper until smooth mushrooms add also cut shallots and garlic.
Season with salt, pepper, coriander and mushroom broth, stir everything until evenly mixed.
Then add the oats and stir again until evenly mixed.
Form a round shape and roll it in breadcrumbs. Then fry until golden brown.

The texture is crunchy and also has a soft inside of the mushroom so it creates a snack that suits my tongue. You know my mom even liked it, she didn't expect it to be made of mushrooms at all even though it is very similar to meat and she really liked it.
Well for those of you who like mushroom snacks and are confused about how to process them, try making this, I'm sure you and your family will love it!
