Savor the perfect delicacy when you enjoy simple beans with a different flavors.

Spicy condiments always give any dish a delicious twist at the dinner table. As an Indonesian I am very used to all kinds of spicy food. Well without that flavor my tongue might be bland, but there are some foods that don't always have to be spicy. It all depends on what kind of food we prepare. Well kacang koro has a very fat and savory taste, I am at a loss to describe it but it tastes very good. Sometimes when I enjoy in large quantities there is a little boredom that I experience. As a result I came up with the idea to make these beans into a spectacular savory snack.

Spicy Dry Fried Koro Beans

Crispy fried koro beans are then combined with a spicy dried chili paste. The combination of lime leaves and garlic seems to awaken the aroma of these beans. Now initially the ordinary beans become very tasty when added with this spice.

At first I was not sure of the results because this was my first recipe experiment in processing these beans. But who would have thought that the results were beyond my expectations. Well than you are curious let's follow my simple recipe below!.

Yeayy spicy fried dried koro beans are ready to be enjoyed. The savory bean fat with the spicy seasoning is quite tempting. The aroma of orange leaves makes me forget that this is koro beans that are only fried. It was delicious, crunchy and spectacular. I think the combination of these beans does go well with spicy flavors so if you feel tingly when enjoying these beans try it this way.

A deliciously spicy peanut snack in my opinion, and worth trying at home. I really like these nuts, but when I enjoy them in large quantities I feel sick. But the best alternative turned out to be with this spicy seasoning ahh indeed a suitable blend. For those of you who don't like spicy I don't recommend this. But for you spicy lovers wahhh dock and try this recipe, maybe with different beans in your country.
