Hello plant-based foodies, wherever you are in the world and/or galaxy!

Here @sirenahippie

We start the week by presenting Lesson 7 of the VEGAN SCHOOL series, which aims to inform users (new and not so new) about how to publish and interact in this community, and this information may be useful for the rest of the Hive blockchain. Today's topic is closely linked to the previous lesson, so we present Lesson Seven, whose topic is: DON'T REPEAT RECIPES, DON'T MAKE VERY SIMILAR RECIPES CONSTANTLY. .

For various reasons, our diet may be repetitive, meaning we always prepare the same dishes with slight variations. The reasons may be economic, meaning we don't have enough money to buy other ingredients. It may also be due to time constraints, meaning we're used to making the same recipes and preparing them quickly. Another reason may be convenience, meaning we're in a comfort zone and limit ourselves to making the same recipes over and over again.

Now, these limitations can be resolved through a little interest and ingenuity. Economic limitations are very understandable; however, if we seek out seasonal foods or buy small quantities of some more expensive ingredients, we can achieve diversity in our menus. Another way to achieve variety in our meals is by implementing diverse techniques. A fruit or vegetable will have different textures, flavors, and presentations if we use different preparation techniques. For example: Baking, frying, or steaming a banana is not the same, and while it's the same ingredient, the flavor is different, and so is the dish. As for convenience, well, that will depend on the individual and their interest in learning about and experimenting with other recipes, for example, recipes from other countries.

However, in this community, we expect our users to offer variety in their recipes. We've found users who may repeat the same recipe dozens of times. This is NOT ALLOWED in this community and, as I've already mentioned, not in Foodies Bee Hive or Amazing Drinks. So, we encourage you to try to vary your recipes. We've published several posts in the community inviting you to search for recipes online and in printed cookbooks. Below are some of those posts:

As you can see, there's a wealth of information about recipes, techniques, and suggestions for cooking and presenting food in a variety of ways, so all it takes is some interest and creativity to feature different recipes on our blogs. And obviously, there's the possibility of creating new recipes, so it's not justifiable to repeat, repeat, and repeat the same recipes, or publish them with minor variations.

Therefore, we reiterate the invitation to strive for excellence in your blogs, and this excellence is also linked to variety. We reiterate what we always say: our blogs document our journey through this life, our time on this planet, so let's create something excellent, a blog worth reading in the future, not just for us, but for future generations. Let this blog be real, authentic, true, and not repetitive. DON'T REPEAT RECIPES, DON'T MAKE VERY SIMILAR RECIPES CONSTANTLY.

This concludes LESSON SEVEN of our VEGAN SCHOOL. We hope this information is useful, that you read it carefully, and that you apply it when creating content on Hive

I think that's the good part of these communities too I tried many new recipes since I joined hive foodies communities by the way I understand that sometimes can be hard adding new ingredients or cook in different ways I think mostly the problem it's economical because not all can afford different ingredients.
