Yours looks great! My mom makes probably the best vegan banana\zucchini\berry bread I've ever had for me-she uses pineapple instead of apple sauce\eggs and it's great!... I'm sure she probably puts more sugar in it than I would ever use, probably

It might be "crushed pineapple,"now that I'm thinking about it..asin out of a can, but I am not certain
