corn soup with coconut milk sauce

Creamy corn soup is made from the best choice of sweet corn, young corn that has just been picked from the tree, which is added with real coconut milk that I take from real coconuts. You can imagine how delicious and creamy this corn is, so anyone here who likes sweet and creamy food, you can try making the recipe that I will share.

As I have said before, in my area it is the rainy season, the nuance of rain like this is very delicious if there is something hot and sweet, pedas and sweet mixed together, making it a special dish, why not this dish is very simple but can be finished in an instant

With the fragrant aroma of real pandan leaves, it is even more delicious when enjoyed hot or cold. You can choose which one you like. For me, it depends on the season. If it's raining like this, I think the hot one is better.

It started when my mother brought home corn from her relative's house in the village. It happened that floods were hitting my mother's hometown, so many corn farmers harvested corn before the time. As a result, my mother was given the corn harvest by her relative, so I made this simple food at home.

Materials used

1 corn kernel
200 grams of liquid coconut milk
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch solution


Manufacturing procedure


First


First of all, I opened the corn husk and grated the corn flesh until it was all gone, then I put the corn into the pan and also added granulated sugar.

Second


I also added coconut milk then I cooked it until the corn was cooked and boiling

Third


After it boils a bit, I add the cornstarch solution and cook it again until it thickens.

Lastly, I added the pandan leaves, actually I added the pandan leaves at the beginning, but I forgot, so I had to put the pandan leaves at the end hehe

and here is the result, my simple corn soup is ready, ready to be served to everyone in your house, the process is easy and you don't need to add many ingredients, Just using corn and coconut milk, you will get a very special corn soup
