Making fried bananas is a common thing at home, isn't it? Fried bananas are always your coffee companion every morning or afternoon, which we usually always buy, but today I have a brilliant idea to make a fried banana recipe that is crispy and very crunchy.

Hello culinary friends, wherever you are, I hope you are having a great day and enjoying delicious dishes every day.Today, I'm inviting you all to make a recipe that is familiar to all of us, especially Indonesians: a recipe for crispy, long-lasting fried bananas. Usually, fried bananas quickly become mushy after hours, but this time I'm sharing tips for a recipe for fried bananas that won't get mushy even after hours.

Fried bananas are a very popular snack in Indonesia. I don't think there's a single Indonesian who doesn't know fried bananas, as they are so popular everywhere.

To make fried bananas, the main ingredient is simply bananas dipped in a mixture of wheat flour and rice flour. The reason I use rice flour is because it makes the fried bananas crispy and retains their crispiness for longer.

Here are some tips: if you fry bananas, don't forget to add rice flour too, so that the crispiness lasts longer.

And for those of you who are curious about my fried banana recipe, just follow the steps that I will share in my post today.

The first time I bit into it, the crispiness was really noticeable and the banana was very sweet, there was also a lot of kremesan. I really like eating kremesan like this, sweet, crispy and savory. That's a little description of the taste that I can describe.
