Making kolak is something we cook very often at home, there are various kinds of kolak that we can make from this sweet potato, besides kolak there are many other food dishes that you can enjoy with sweet potatoes, this cheap and cheerful sweet potato is very suitable as a dessert or even just for breakfast at home, I made this sweet potato kolak in the afternoon because I planned to make it for breakfast the next morning, so that it lasts longer I put this sweet potato in the refrigerator overnight,
Eaten cold or warm, this kolak is equally delicious and tasty in my opinion. If it is cooked thoroughly, it is delicious to eat while warm, but if it has been stored for hours, it is best eaten cold, put in the refrigerator or you can also add ice cubes to it.
Making this sweet potato compote requires several ingredients, such as sticky rice, sweet potato, coconut milk and sago pearls. Usually, I also often add green beans to the compote, but since today there are no green beans at home, I just cooked what I had.

100 grams glutinous rice
100 grams sago pearls
700 ml coconut milk
100 grams granulated sugar

First, I boiled the rice with a little water, then added the pandan leaves, then I also added the pearl sago, I cooked it again until the pearl sago was half cooked.
