Palm sugar fried bananas
Usually I make fried bananas using just a little granulated sugar, but this time I will try something new in making fried bananas, of course there is nothing wrong with trying new things in making food and if the food is delicious, I will definitely make it again next time, but if it is not delicious, stop here, okay?

Materials used
50 grams of rice flour
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
3 tablespoons of palm sugar
200 ml of water
2 tablespoons of melted margarine
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Manufacturing procedure
First I put the flour into a larger container, I also put in granulated sugar, baking powder, vanilla, and melted margarine, then I stirred until evenly mixed.

Next, I put in palm sugar and enough water, then I put in the ones I had cut into small pieces.

RESULTS
and this is the result of my palm sugar fried bananas, ready to be enjoyed with my beloved family at home, the taste is sweet and crispy on the outside, especially the crunchy inside, it is also very delicious

The color is slightly more reddish, because it contains palm sugar. I thought this fried banana wouldn't be very tasty, but it turns out that the fried banana with palm sugar is tastier than the bananas I usually fry without palm sugar.
The sweet taste of the banana is really delicious, plus the sweetness of the aren which is different from usual, cut into small pieces or large pins is the original, which one do you prefer?
