
We often enjoy the usual cassava sticks, but what about cassava sticks mixed with carrots, cassava and carrot vegetables are a new snack for me, sticks with a combination of these two tubers are sticks that are liked by many people, especially people in the past because in the past there were not many foods sold so for people in the past all the food ingredients that were grown themselves would be processed in such a way that they made delicious and special food for their children to enjoy at home

As usual, I got this food recipe from my mother. In the past, my mother often cooked this food. Besides being delicious, this food is also healthy because it is made from carrots and cassava. So, my mother wanted me to cook it again for my child's snack. This food can also be stored in the freezer for 1 week before frying, so I deliberately made a lot so that I can enjoy it to my heart's content for days to come.

Materials used

1 carrot
100 grams of wheat flour
100 grams of breadcrumbs
1 stalk of celery
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon ground pepper
1/2 tablespoon salt
Manufacturing procedure
First, I cut the carrots and cassava into small pieces, then I steamed them until both were soft.

After it's soft, I mash it slowly, then I blend it until smooth.

After it was smooth, I seasoned it with pepper, salt, margarine and spring onions that I had chopped into small pieces.

After everything was mixed evenly, I added the flour, stirred it and kneaded it until it could be shaped, then I shaped it into a long shape and coated it again in breadcrumbs.

After everything is ready, I form the wings and fry them in hot oil until they are golden brown.

RESULTS

My snack is ready, yes, but after everything is cooked, the shape is a bit messy, because after it is cooked, the result is quite a lot, just using one carrot and cassava, you can make quite a lot of snacks like this.

with a crispy taste on the outside and soft on the inside makes this snack very popular with many people, when I bite it, it feels a little chewy, the taste of cassava and carrots is really felt and is very fitting. for some of it I fried and the rest I kept in the freezer to fry again the next day, because I think this is enough for me and my family
