Cucumber pickles that we often see in restaurants or at parties, there are cucumber pickles mixed with carrots, shallots, chilies and vinegar, while the pickles that I make are really very simple, these are pickles from my mother's hometown, these pickles only use one cucumber, granulated sugar and salt, while for the spicy taste only use pieces of red chili.
This cucumber pickle is very delicious eaten with fried Indomie or regular fried noodles, and also eaten with fried rice wow, it really adds to our appetite, just like cucumber pickle with vinegar, this cucumber pickle is also very delicious even without vinegar, the ingredients are really very natural and very suitable to be eaten by old people, like my mother who really likes to eat cucumber pickle with warm rice only, no need for any side dishes, while I prefer to eat cucumber pickle with fried rice with fish or fried chicken

1 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tbsp salt
2 large red chilies
2 cayenne peppers
Manufacturing procedure
Peel all the cucumber skin, then wash it clean and cut it into round pieces, try to make the pieces thin.

After adding salt, sugar and chili, leave the cucumber for a while until the water comes out.
RESULTS
And my village style cucumber pickle is ready, this pickle tastes sweet, salty and spicy, very suitable to be enjoyed with various fried foods such as fried noodles and fried rice, and if you want a sour taste, you can use lime or vinegar, but this time I prefer something simple like this, it's fresher when bitten. And coincidentally my mother doesn't like sour, so this is my mother's cucumber pickle recipe, without mixing vinegar or lime.

If you want it to be more delicious and fresh when eaten, it is better to put the pickles in the refrigerator so that there is a cold, spicy and sweet sensation when eaten, this pickle is similar to rujak in general, cucumber rujak, only for rujak I add a little sweet soy sauce, granulated sugar and chili.
