Making sesame banana cake

Making cakes from bananas seems endless, because there are so many cake creations that we can make from bananas, even any type of banana will be very delicious if made into a snack, especially when enjoyed with your beloved family at home, want to know what snacks I will make today, just follow my post today




Hi culinary friends around the world, how are you? I hope you are all well and can do whatever activities you like, like today I will do the activity of cooking my mother's favorite snack at home, she said this snack is an old-fashioned snack when my mother was little, but as time goes by, this snack is rarely found anywhere, so today I will make it myself at home.

I immediately went into my kitchen and looked around to see what ingredients I was missing. It turned out I still had everything I needed, so I didn't have to go out to buy them.Using bananas and sticky rice flour, I was able to create this amazing snack. The sesame topping adds a delicious and luxurious touch, making this cake a favorite at home.

I shaped it like a donut cake, until my child thought this was his favorite donut cake, and it turns out this is not a donut, my dear child, next time mom will make your favorite donut cake again, okay baby

Materials used

200 grams of glutinous rice flour
2 bananas
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
A drop of food coloring
Sesame seeds to taste



Manufacturing procedure


First


first I opened the banana skin and I crushed the banana until smooth, I crushed it using a glass, then I added all the flour and salt

Second


Next, I added granulated sugar, vanilla and just 1 drop of food coloring. Then, I kneaded it until it was smooth and the dough could be shaped. When shaping the dough, don't forget to add cooking oil so it doesn't stick to your hands.

Third


I shape the dough like donut dough, and I dip it in sesame seeds then I fry it until cooked or adjust it to your taste.

and this is the result, my favorite sesame banana cake is ready to be served, with a sprinkling of sesame on top makes it even more savory and fragrant after it is cooked, this cake is a traditional cake that at first glance looks like a donut, because I deliberately shaped it like a donut, if you don't like the shape of a donut, you can make a round or oval shape, just adjust it to your taste

The taste is chewy and savory, there is a sweet and fatty sensation because the sesame makes this cake taste very fatty, very suitable as a snack with the family at home.
