| Tomato chopping | 2 tablespoons |
| Long bean Chopping | 2 tablespoons |
| Garlic chopping | 2 tablespoons |
| Onion Chopping | 4 tablespoons |
| Raw chilli Chopping | 2 tablespoons |
| Dry chilli powder | 1 tablespoons |
| Five carminents | 1 tablespoons |
| Garam masala powder | 1 tablespoons |
| Tumaric powder | 1/2 tablespoons |
| Salt | 2/3 tablespoons |
| Cumin powder | 1 tablespoons |
| Mustard oil | 3 tablespoons |
| Water | 1/2 Cup |
| Tomato sauce | 3 tablespoons |
The making of preparation and process
After collecting all ingredients, i had done Pauruti chopping as needed.I mixed 1 tablespoons mustard oil in pan and heat it.After heating pan , i mix Pauruti and had done hard this pauruti.After that i picked up this Pauruti from pan.

I mix 2 tablespoons mustard oil in pan and heat it and mixed onion chopping, garlic chopping,long bean Chopping one by one in pan .
I mix tomato chopping, salt, tumaric powder,five carminents,raw chilli Chopping,
I mix dry chilli powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder and blend it properly.
I added 1/2 Cup water with all ingredients in pan. I dried water slightly.I mix Pauruti in pan.and fried this Pauruti masala fry recipe.After completing this Pauruti masala recipe, i picked up this masala recipe from pan.
In this process, i make delicious healthy Pauruti masala recipe.Now is appropriate for serve.
