Recipe of wax gourd curry

Hello everyone, hope everyone is well. Today I am sharing a delicious curry recipe with wax gourd .I am going to tell you how to cook it easily in Bengali style.Let's see -

Ingredients :

Wax gourd - half kg
Potato - 1 pcs
Green chillies - 10-12 pcs
Salt - half teaspoon
Tumeric - 1 teaspoon
Bay leaf - 2 pcs
Oil - As needed

First I took half kg wax gourd and 1 potato. You can increase the number of potatoes as needed.

Then peel the potato and wax gourd. Then cut the vegetables into small pieces. Wash the vegetables well before cutting them.

Wax gourd should be cut into 3 corners. And the potatoes should be thinly sliced. Because the thinner the vegetables are cut, the faster they will fry and boil.

Now add oil as required in the pan. Heat oil on medium heat. After the oil is hot, add the vegetables.

Now add salt and turmeric as per instructions. Half teaspoon salt is used here. You can use 1 teaspoon salt if you want.

Mix all the ingredients together well and fry for 5-7 minutes.

Then taks 10-12 pcs green chillies.Cut them in half. Be sure to wash with water after cutting.

Add green chillies to the pan. But many may not like chillies. So add chilies as per your requirement.Then add water as needed.Cover the pan for another 5 minutes. Now everything will boil better. After 5 minutes remove the lid.

Now keep the curry aside in another bowl. Then all little more oil to the pan.After the oil is hot, add cumin as required. Fry cumin for 30 seconds.Then add 2 pcs bay leaf to the pan.

Now take the cumin in a bowl and turn it into a paste. After the curry is cooked, take the curry in this bowl.

Now add the curry again to the pan. Keep the curry in the pan for another 2 minutes on medium heat. Then take it down.

Then take it down.Now it is ready to serve. This is how you can make this very easily.It is a healthy dish and also delicious to eat.
