A recipe with pointed gourd and potato

Hello everyone, hope everyone is well. Today I am sharing a delicious curry recipe with pointed gourd and potatoes.I am going to tell you how to cook it easily in Bengali style.Let's see -

Ingredients :

Pointed gourd - 5 pcs
Potatoes - 2 pcs
Green chillies - 6 pcs
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Tumeric - 1 teaspoon
Cumin - As needed
Oil - As needed

Take 5 pointed gourds. I took these 5 and their weight was 400 grams. Then cut them into small pieces.

I cut each pointed gourd into 12-15 pieces.

Discard the seeds of pointed gourd. It will spoil the taste. And discard the thin coating while cutting.

Add oil to the pan. Heat oil on medium heat.After the oil is hot, add cumin as required. Fry cumin for 30 seconds.

Add pointed gourd to hot oil. Now they have to be fried. But it will take 5-7 minutes to fry. Meanwhile, chop the potatoes.

Take 2 pieces of potato. Cut them into small pieces. The smaller the pieces, the better it will boil and fry.

Now add potatoes. Everything should boil now. Cover the pan for 5 minutes to boil. After boiling add required ingredients.

Add salt and turmeric as needed. I used 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon tumeric.Tumeric will make the color of the curry attractive.

Take 6 green chillies. Cut them in half. Be sure to wash with water after cutting.Add green chillies to the pan. But many may not like chillies. So add chilies as per your requirement.

Mix all the ingredients together well. The better they are mixed the more the flavor will increase.

Now cover for another 3-4 minutes for the last time.Then keep the curry in the pan for another 2 minutes on medium heat.Then take it down.
