A spicy curry recipe

Hello everyone, hope everyone is well. Today I am sharing a spicy curry recipe with pumpkin.I am going to tell you how to cook it easily in Bengali style.Let's see -

Ingredients

Green chillies - 15-20 pcs
Pumpkin - half kg
Potatoes - 2 pcs
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Tumeric - 1 teaspoon
Cumin - As needed
Oil - As needed

Methods of making :

First take half kg pumpkin and 2 pcs potato.

Cut the pumpkin into small pieces. Cut each potato into 8-10 pcs.Wash thoroughly with water after cutting. The thinner the potato, the better it will boil and fry.

Discard the thin covering when cutting the pumpkin.

Add oil to the pan. Heat oil on medium heat.After the oil is hot, add cumin as required. Fry cumin for 30 seconds.

Now add the vegetables to the pan. Keep the pan on medium heat to fry the vegetables.

Add salt and turmeric as needed. I used 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon tumeric.Tumeric will make the color of the curry attractive.

Now mix all the ingredients together well. The better the ingredients are mixed, the better the taste.

Add water as needed. No need to add extra water.

Take 15-20 pcs green chillies. The curry will be spicy for the green chillies. So you can take 20-25 pcs if you want. Chop the chilies then add them to the pan.

Cover the pan for 2-3 minutes. By this time everything will be boiled.

Take 7-8 pcs pumpkin in a bowl then mash it. After mash, mix it in the curry.

Keep the curry in the pan for another 2 minutes on medium heat.Then take it down.
