​Buffalo spinach nutritious recipe

Hello everyone, hope everyone is well. Today I am sharing a nutritious curry recipe with buffalo spinach.I am going to tell you how to cook it easily in Bengali style.This curry should be eaten in the morning. Eating it improves digestion. It is also delicious to eat. Let's see -

Ingredients :

Buffalo spinach - 250 grams
Potatoes - 1 pcs
Cumin - As needed
Oil - As needed
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon

I collected 250 grams of buffalo spinach from our garden. A lot has to be thrown away while cutting it. So the weight becomes less after cutting. For this collect 350 grams of leaves. After cutting it will be 250 grams. After chopping the potatoes and buffalo spinach, wash them well in water.

Add oil to the pan. Heat oil on medium heat.
After the oil is hot, add cumin as required.

Fry cumin for 30 seconds.After frying cumin keep it aside in another bowl.Then fry the potatoes.

Take 1 medium sized potatoes. Cut the potato into 6 pieces. The smaller the potatoes are, the better they can be fried and boiled.Fry potato in hot oil for 2-3 minutes.

Add water as needed after frying the potatoes. No need to add extra water.

Cover the pan for 2-3 minutes. By this time the potatoes will be boiled. Then open the lid and add other ingredients.

Add salt and turmeric as needed. I used 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon tumeric.Tumeric will make the color of the curry attractive.

Wait until the water boils. When the water boils, add buffalo spinach. The buffalo spinach will boil quickly in hot water.

Cover the pan for another 5 minutes. Now everything will boil better. After 5 minutes remove the lid.

Keep the curry in the pan for another 2 minutes on medium heat.Then take it down.

Pour the curry into the vessel in which the cumin seeds were kept. Grind the cumin seeds. Ground cumin is better than whole cumin. Cumin will add extra flavor to the curry.
