Pumpkin curry recipe

Hello everyone, hope everyone is well. Today I am sharing a delicious curry recipe with pumpkin.I am going to tell you how to cook it easily in Bengali style.Let's see -

Ingredients :

Pumpkin - ½ kg
Potato - 6 pcs
Green chillies - 6 pcs
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Oil - As needed
Cumin - As needed

Take ½ kg of a fresh pumpkin. Cut the pumpkin and potato into small pieces. The smaller the size, the better it can be boiled and fried. Cut the potato into 6 pieces.

Add oil to the pan. Heat oil on medium heat. After the oil is hot add cumin as needed. Fry it for 1 minute.

After 1 minute add pumpkin and potato. Fry the vegetables for 3-5 minutes before boiling.

Add salt and turmeric as per instructions. But add salt as needed. I used 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon turmeric.Tumeric makes curry interesting in color.

Mix all the ingredients together well. The better the ingredients are mixed, the more the flavor of the curry will increase. So mixing well is important. Then fry for 5 minutes.

Now water as needed. There is no need to add too much water as it can spoil the taste of the curry.

Wait until the water boils. Boiling water means vegetables are boiling well.

Cover the pan for 10 minutes. Now everything will boil better. After 10 minutes remove the lid.

Now add green chilis to the pan. Not everyone likes chili. In that case chili should be given as required.

Salt in the curry seems less to me. So I added little more salt.

Keep the curry in the pan for another 5 minutes on medium heat. Then take it down.

Now it is ready to serve. This is how you can make this very easily.It is a healthy dish and also delicious to eat.
