Special spicy recipe with handmade masala

Hello everyone, hope everyone is well. Today I am sharing a delicious recipe with potato and other ingredients.I am going to tell you how to cook it easily in Bengali style.Let's see -

Ingredients :

Potato - 3 pcs
Onion - 1 pcs
Garlic - 1 pcs
Ginger - As needed
Cumin paste - As needed
Coriander paste - As needed
Green chillies - 6-8 pcs
Dry chillies - 10-15 pcs
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Tumeric - 1 teaspoon
Oil - As needed

First take an onion and a garlic. And take ginger as needed.

Then peel the onion and garlic and chop them. After chopping, keep them in a bowl.

Then cut 3 pieces of potatoes and wash them well. Discard the thin covering while cutting the potatoes.

Then grind onion, garlic, cumin and coriander into a fine paste.

Now make a fine paste with green chillies and dry chillies. Chillies will enhance the flavor of the curry.

Then add oil to the pan and heat the oil on medium heat. Then add the potatoes and add the prepared masala.

Now add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon tumeric.

Now mix all the ingredients together well. The better the ingredients are mixed, the better the taste.

Cover the pan for 5 minutes. Now everything will boil better. After 5 minutes remove the lid.

Keep the curry in the pan for another 2 minutes on medium heat.Then take it down.
