Hello everyone, hope everyone is well. Today I am sharing a nutritious curry recipe with bitter melon.I am going to tell you how to cook it easily in Bengali style.Let's see -

Ingredients :

Bitter melon - 3 pcs
Green chillies - 8-10 pcs
Potato - 3 pcs
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Cumin - As needed
Oil - As needed

I first took 3 pcs of bitter melon. The main ingredient of this recipe is bitter melon. It is bitter to eat but it is beneficial for our health.

Cut bitter melon into small pieces. I cut each bitter melon into 5-6 pieces. Slice the potatoes thinly. The thinner the potato, the better it will boil and fry.

Add oil to the pan. Heat oil on medium heat.After the oil is hot, add cumin as required. Fry cumin for 30 seconds.

After frying cumin keep it aside in another bowl. Grind the cumin in the boil. It will mix with the curry when the curry is removed at the end of cooking.

Wash the vegetables well. After washing, just fry the bitter melon. Fry on medium heat. It may take 3-4 minutes.

After frying bitter melon keep it in another bowl. Then fry the potatoes.

Add salt and turmeric as needed. I used 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon tumeric.Tumeric will make the color of the curry attractive.

Add water as needed after frying the potatoes. No need to add extra water.Then cover the pan for 2-3 minutes. By this time the potatoes will be boiled.

Wait until the water boils. When the water boils, add green chillies, chillies will boil quickly in hot water. I used 8 pcs chillies.

Now add bitter melon. Bitter melon does not take much time to boil. So it has to be added at the end of all.

Keep the curry in the pan for another 2 minutes on medium heat.Then take it down.

Now it is ready to serve. This is how you can make this very easily.It is a healthy dish and also delicious to eat.
