How are you, As usual, good evening to my dear friends. Not only that, dear friends, I hope that today and tomorrow will be more successful than today.I usually like to eat more rice. For all three of my main meals, I usually eat rice most of the time, no matter how many side dishes I make.That's why we always have to make different types of curry to eat with rice. Today I am bringing you a recipe for a bean and potato tempura made in a different way. This is a very fragrant and very tasty tempura. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 50g of beans
- 100g of potatoes
- Three tablespoons of oil
- A few curry leaves
- A piece of pandan leaves
- A piece of cinnamon
- Two cloves of garlic
- A small size onion
- Two pods of green chillies
- A small piece of ginger
- Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Half teaspoon of mustard seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt powder
- A teaspoon of cumin powder
- A teaspoon of chilli pieces
The method of making;
Wash and clean the beans and cut them into inch size pieces. Wash and clean potatoes pieces and cut them into squares the size of a inch.
Cut the green chillies into long strips and the onion into small pieces.
Crush the ginger and garlic.
Now put the clay pot on the stove and add oil to it. When the oil heats up well, add mustard seeds.
Add potato pieces and fry for about 30 seconds, cover with a lid and cook for about six minutes on low flame.
Add beans pieces.
Then add crushed ginger and garlic to it.
Now add chopped onions with curry leaves and pandan leaves.
Stir well with low flame and add cinnamon piece.
Then add turmeric powder with salt powder. **
Add chilli pieces and stir well on low flame.
At the end add cumin powder and stir well and keep it on the stove for about three minutes and pour it from the stove.
Very fragrant. I still love it when I remember it. Actually this can be made as a curry by adding coconut milk. Or add water. But more than that, this potato mixed bean tempuradu is very delicious. The garlic and ginger added to it has really increased the taste.If you are a working person or someone who takes food from home, I am sure this is a delicious tempura that you can add to your main meal.
