If you are a spicy eater, this dish will suit you better. Let's make 'Sambole with rotti'.

Hello my loving Hiveans,

How are you, Good night to all my dear friends. I have been very busy these past few days. So no matter what, I always try to bring new food for my dear friends. So today I brought you simple food. Actually, we Sri Lankans make and eat this almost all the time. But a little change has been made. We Asians like to eat a little more spicy food. So today I brought you Sambola with roti. When we say roti, we Sri Lankans make roti by adding coconut. But I didn't add coconut to the rotis I made today. Today I am making a type of roti that can be made quickly without adding coconut. I also thought of a symbol that fits better with this. So let's see how to make this.

Leave the roti baked on both sides to cool.

In the meantime, let's prepare the filling required for the roti. For that, you need to make sambola. For that you can add chopped onion, tomato, chili powder and salt powder for about a teaspoon and blend all these things. Otherwise, it can be carved in mortar.

This is one of my favorite dishes. Most of the time, this food is prepared in my house as well. As someone who likes to eat more spicy food, I really like this roti method. Try this method too. If you are too spicy, you can change these ingredients and make them as you like. I believe everyone in your family likes this dish even better.
