Hello my loving Hiveans,
How are you, good evening. For me, the night dawned. Perhaps the day is dawning on you. However, you should be able to see your success today. Otherwise tomorrow should be your most successful day.Today I bring you a snack recipe. It's really tasty. Not only that, it is a delicious dish that can be made from leftover bread at home. I made it the Chinese way with my style. Very tasty. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- About five slices of leftover bread
- Two teaspoons of soy sauce
- Two tablespoons of tomato sauce
- A normal sized large onion cut into
small pieces - About four green chilli pods, cut into
small pieces - About four cloves of crushed garlic
- Few curry leaves
- A bowl of water
- About one medium-sized carrot, grated
- A tablespoon of chilli pieces
- Filled salt powder is one teaspoon
- Chilli powder is one teaspoon
- About 150ml of coconut oil
The method of making;
Cut off the thick edges of the bread slices.
Soak the bread slices in water and squeeze out the water.
Now add a part of crushed garlic, a part of chopped b onion, a part of chopped green chillies.
Then add half teaspoon of salt powder with a teaspoon of chilli powder.
Add a part of grated carrot.
Add a teaspoon of soy sauce and a tablespoon of tomato sauce one by one and stir this mixture well.
Make small sized balls.
Deep fry in medium flame.
Put another pan on the stove and add a little oil to it and add the remaining crushed garlic and fry it a little.
Now add remaining chopped onions, curry leaves, carrots with curry leaves to it.
Add half teaspoon of salt powder.
Now add a tablespoon of tomato sauce.
Stir wit low flame and add a teaspoon of soya sauce and mix well.
Add chilli pieces.
Turn off the flame and add the fried balls at the end and stir very carefully.
Really delicious. And a different taste. You can add it to your lunch. You can eat it as a snack. Or I think you can make it and enjoy it when you feel bored. Very minimal amount of ingredients required. You almost always have these ingredients at home.
