New ingredients are always exciting. That's how I feel when I see a new technique for something I have at home, so I can go and try it immediately. This is a very nice and easy recipe. The mushrooms are popular in Japan, I thought. In my city, rarely to find. So when there is a seller, I didn't think twice. I must have those mushrooms 😊
