I like to eat it raw, mixed with carrots
I wash the cabbage very well, I chop it very small and I grate the carrots, after I remove the peel, I mix them, I add oil, salt and vinegar, lemon juice and that's it.
I also like to eat it cooked.
I separate the leaves, I wash them very well, I chop them into strips, and also, I chop bell pepper into strips, zucchini chopped into strips, I cut both ends, carrots chopped into very thin julienne strips and I put them to cook in a little water, I add salt, garlic, onion, scallion, chili, when it is well cooked I drain it and I put a little oil.
To detoxify you can consume cabbage juice on an empty stomach, separate the leaves, wash them very well, blend and strain.

These recipes look delicious. We also eat it this way here: finely chopped with carrots, some cilantro leaves, and a dressing, and we call it a shredded salad. The other way to prepare it looks delicious.

Una de las cosas que siempre tengo presente es, lavar y desinfectar muy bien el repollo, ví a mi nuera, enfermarse muy grave con Helicobacter, después de haberlo consumido 🥴, y eso me dejó traumada, creo que ahora lo lavo en exceso, jejeje
Hola, yo lo lavo hoja por hoja. Debajo del chorro.
Y después de que lo pico lo vuelvo a lavar . Y después lo escurro bien y le pongo vinagre.
