I do like some oolong. I am deeply envious of your chinese calligraphy teacher's collection. I love Chinese tea and Japanese tea too. I am not such a fan of the English ones although I do occasionally like a cup of Yorkshire or tetley just cos it reminds me of my mum who drank gallons of the stuff!
Interesting you like Oolong as well. Do you manage to get any good ones in UK?
I normally have two cuppas a day, occasionally three, but I try not to do that by too often as it stains my teeth. My dad used to drink Typhoon, and I drank that for a while because he did. Hopefully he won't be looking down telling me off for abandoning his favourite drink!
There are a couple of specialty tea shops that I get mine from. I think it is good but I probably have no reference point as to whether it really is in the grand scale of things!
I drink several cups of green tea a day. It weaned me off the typhoon!
