@misterdelegation 取消 steemcleaners 和 spaminator 的巨额SP代理。

然后把50万SP代理给了中文区的见证人 @justyy 。

不管怎么样，中文区太小，是必须要改变的现状。

同时间减少的SP代理有：

1. oracle-d: 50K
2. esteemapp: 20K
3. steempress-io: 10K
4. steemhunt : 300K
5. dtube: 200K

只是给了 busy.pay, tasteem, fundition, steemcleaners, spaminator, mack-bot 象征新的100 SP。

这是会意味着正式决裂？
