India is a country of 1,391.99 millions people's,and India was well known as world wide for its festivals and culture. Different peoples of different religions live in India and celebrate all festivals without seeing that which religion they belong,as a citizen I only know one thing that "No religion is bad" the people who don't accept it by heart, they spread rumour and make dispute. We all have to respect all religions ❤️
In India I had seen that people celebrate their festivals with their culture, rituals and beliefs. And I thought if anyone asks that How many festivals are celebrated in India?

  • Then it is quite difficult to give a answer 😂
But some of the Indian festivals are celebrated in nation wide like Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, Eid-Ul-Fitre, Diwali, Durga Puja/deshera, Holi, Christmas etc.
It was not ended here, some festivals are also celebrated in each and every state of India- Onam, Ugadi, Bihu, pongal, Raksha Bandhan, Chath Puja, Shiv ratri etc.
If I write about each and every India festival,it would become a book of minimum 400 pages😂
So counting festival in India is a never ending.

India was not only famous for its festivals only,it was famous for its old monuments and structures as well.

Monuments show the architectural growth of India form our past and still they were highlighted in present.

You people can't believe that there are 116 monuments in India and still they are standing at there place. It was really a very good and a proud moment for being an Indian. As we are still adapting our old culture and tradition.

The Culture and the tradition which we still follow are-

  • Celebreting festivals with all rituals.
  • Worship of animals and trees are still followed in India.
  • People live together peacefully, with no issues in India.

So these are the some rituals, values ethics and tradition which we follow, inspite of this there are some of them which we don't want to follow.
1. Some priests tell an unusual prediction, and take money from people's.
2. In some places, people didn't give equal rights to womens.
3. Here is also one more thing, that some Indians thought that adapting western culture is good, but they forget one thing that every culture has its own speciality.
By ending my post,I would tell you one thing more👇

Indian Food.

  • India is famous for its tasty food, not only in India but also all over the world. Our Indian spices gives us a very amazing taste and make our food so yummy 😋🤤.

Why no photos you made yourself you are from India so I don’t think you need pexels

Ma'am I had not made pictures with myself because this time I had no related photos with this contest, and due to heavy rainfall from 2 days I can't go outside also.
So I thought to take images from pexels and focussed on the contest.

There are a lot of things to learn about the Indian people from their festival to their food and dresses. I'm surprised to learn people still worship animals and trees but then every culture and religion is well respected over there making it a peaceful place. Nice post, wishing you good luck

Hello @anmolsingh3006! I see India as a country with a very rich culture and values. You celebrate lots of festivals which means there's always partying and celebrations. I love that!

... 116 monuments in India...

These many monuments testify to your rich history as well. Not only does history have to be documented, but it could also be made permanent through building monuments and historic statues.

One monument that has always held my interest is the Taj Mahal. I look forward to visiting it someday.

Nicely written. Good luck in the contest. 🙂

Thank you so much buddy for your best wishes ❤️
I also love to visit our monuments and Taj Mahal was my favourite one ☺️
Hope we met at there 😀😂

Thanks for reading ❤️🙂
