It's very hard to explain how to pronounce it haha, as it's so typically Dutch.

No worries, I never heard a foreigner pronounce it the right way.
Let's say that the Nij- part is pronounced as something in between nigh and naye with a long 'ij' sound, and -man is pronounced as 'mun'.
I need a dutch lesson ;-P
