There's not a lot I look back upon in my life with regret; what I've done or not done are decisions I made with the knowledge I had available at the time so they were the right at the time...even though they may have turned out to be wrong later on.
Sure, I look back sometimes and wonder what if I'd done it differently but we can't go back in time so there's no point dwelling on those things.
I was eighteen when I saw her, a pristine 1964 XM Ford Falcon coupe, and I had to have her. The price was way more money than I had to spend but I'd been working for five years already and figured a small loan would be ok to get such an awesome car.
Alas, I listened to a few older wiser people around me and eventually I decided against the loan and reluctantly walked away from that sleek, sexy gal and...I regret the decision.
Anyway, at a recent car show I saw her again...same sort of car, not the exact one I was going to buy, and...I still regret not buying her all those years ago.
She's sexy right?

Well if it was a He Car and not a She car wouldn't that just be weird..?
No Judgment.
I have never owned a vehicle I called...
"him"
Where did you get this video of me behind the wheel of my car?
Becca 🌷
Hope all is well with You out there in Texas? There was a girl in that video?
I was gawking at that automobile. 👁👁
I stumbled across an interesting singer to highlight on this weeks...
Stay Tuned...
see what I did right there..? stay... "tuned"
I'm tuned, staying that way too.
And yes, Texas is quite lovely, I like to think I help it be so. Or, at least, I would if I was there.

😉
These days it's more likely to be a they/them non-gender with all the fucken retards we have out there.
Ahhh yes...
Electric Self Driving cars with pronouns...
Fun Fact Electric Cars = No Tranny
Lol, "no tranny."
You're a funny fucker.
I did the same, I failed to buy the car that was my childhood dream, BMW E30 M3, red color. I could have done it when I bought my first car, but then I had to buy something less powerful, later I bought cars of a newer generation, and now if I could afford another car, it couldn't possibly be such an expensive restored car... so, it remains a childhood dream 😀
Childhood dreams are good to have I think, as are adult goals.
Oh that was a great car for its time... You would have had a queue if girls with it!
I do have regrets aswell, quite some I'd say, not that I think at them daily, but sometimes yes
I've never thought at it that way, now that I think of the same applies for me, they were correct decisions for that moment, then turned out wrong
The girls still queue up for him Davide, he just won't admit it.

I'm sure he won't fall in temptation 😉
A very cool car for sure.
Possibly, we'll never know. :)
Regret is a slippery slope and one I'm not really willing to ride; this is why I think it's best to look on what we have done differently and simply as things we did based on what we knew at the time. But for sure, regret is difficult to hold at arm's length completely.
I think many people were in such situation now or then. At one end it says that do whatever you want in life so that you never get regret and on the other end there is strong verdict that 'spread your legs only as much as the blanket allows'. Now doubt this is a sleek red beauty ❤️, and if you didn't had it last time, and you could easily manage it this time, then go for it. But make sure you will put it in right use.
The one I almost bought was the same as this almost identical actually, just a different colour. I really wish I bought it but I can't go back in time. Seeing this one was nice though, made me think of the old days.
Ford Falcon! My paternal grandfather had a blue one and also a Torino. They are spectacular cars. I had the opportunity to ride in them, and they sound great!
Red is much sexier. I like it!
What car have you always wanted or most admired?
Becca 🌷
I don't think I have a favourite, but I do like older, larger cars, such as Cadillacs, for example.
I generally only buy white cars, it's my thing. Although I had a few black ones.
They are used a lot here, black cars... in Argentina they were hearses. But they are elegant, I like them!
Did you buy it this time around?
I didn't, it wasn't for sale and it's not ony radar these days, I'm a pickup truck sort of guy, but one never knows when one will start. I reckon if I was buying a hobby car it'd be something like th gold pickup truck as per the images in a post from last week...seen at the same show.
It's interesting to me how our hobbies evolve over time. I'm at that stage of life where most things seem pointless 🤦♂️🤷♂️😂👍
It's interesting how something that once seemed so important when a person is young simply has no meaning later on and how something that seemed so pointless can then become a critical thing (like future financial planning).
Very sexy! I always thought the Ford Galaxies were pretty cool.
Yep, and the Fairlane 500 also...great hulking beasts, but cool.
In argentina the falcón it is one of the greatest older Cars, it is SO Big, bigger than a room
Yeah, great cars indeed, plenty of room inside.
