Fake news, opinion and beliefs are free speech. If a person wants to believe the world is flat, or covid is a lie or the queen is an alien I really don't care, they have the right to post talk and make videos on that as much as they want. Limiting, blocking or banning speech of that nature is a slippery slope to a NEW SPEAK world, it is not a hard leap from that type censorship to say this religion or that religion is a fake religion.

There has been not a single case when Steemcleaners or Hivewatchers downvoted or blacklisted anyone for their opinions. If that is what you are trying to imply. The project does not care what someone writes. There are plenty of users that were reported to Hivewatchers for what they write: all sorts of dangerous cuckoos, terrorists, racists, etc.
All reports were rejected.

The clear proof that HW have never blacklisted or downvoted someone for what they post are many. There are plenty of users who are posting dangerous or delusional ideas/information.

Do you see any downvotes or blacklists ever put on their accounts?
I don't follow who is down voting who. If I see someone being down voted especially in the comments section, and they are relevant comments to the post, then I try to find out why. Their comments are there they are just collapsed and a person needs to open them.
All those you mention are allowed to have their own opinion. There is no social reason why people should not be able to voice an opinion that is not mainstream, or pushes little snowflakes over the edge, because they can not deal with the topic.
If an individual does not like the opinion, they can down vote it if they want it is their vote, If you or I or anyone else disagrees with the down vote we can always up vote it. It doesn't matter why people down vote any more than it matters why they up vote people.
Millenial or religious snowflakes are a big problem nowadays.
