Another hectic week, after spending the weekend finishing off some wiring at work Monday was an early start at the Piece Hall to oversee the fitting of three new espresso machines and grinders at the three Piece Hall owned outlets.
That took until after lunch, then back to roasting to keep up with new orders. And that’s been the week really, two full days on the 30kg to build up stocks and the rest back to back on the 5kg. Fortunately with an extra member of staff now packing and labelling all the roasted coffee dealing with the workload has been easier for me - although it’s been a pretty steep turning curve for the new employee.

How much do those big 30k roasters go for? Glad that your new worker is helping with the workload. I’m quite sure that he or she will figure it out. Enjoy
