Today I have come to a new shop where very beautiful and clean Chitai Pita is being made in that shop to buy pitha. These pitha are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious to eat. They can be eaten with different types of ingredients. But today I have come to eat this pitha with filling which is what everyone here usually eats. So I also came to eat hot pitha today.

Friends, I have seen how to make pithas through your videos, but I am still telling you that first you have to grind the rice and make it liquid with the help of water and mix it well so that the rice is completely mixed with the water mixture. Then, light a fire in one or two stoves and place a specific pot for making this pitha there. Place the stove on that pot and let the pot heat up for a while. Then, when the pot gets hot, pour a certain amount of the mixture there with the help of a spoon.

After pouring the mixture into the pot, you have to close the pot and wait for a few minutes and occasionally check whether the pita is done. Then, when it is done, the pita will be a little swollen and you have to take it off the stove. It is very delicious and a very interesting food to eat hot. In our country, we call these pitas Chitai Pitha and this pita can not only be eaten like this, this pita can be mixed with milk, jaggery and milk mixture and eaten. We call it milk pita in our country.

Many people come here to eat this pitha and they make their morning routine. People come from far and wide to eat these pithas. Some rickshaw drivers, auto drivers, 5 CNG drivers all eat this pitha. Some buy it for their homes. The specialty of eating this pitha is that after eating one or two pithas, the stomach is almost full, that is, breakfast is ready for us. So today I came to this shop to eat pitha on this winter morning and after buying pitha from here, I went home.

There are several mats here to serve this pitha food. Different types of people sit on these and eat pitha here. This shop is familiar to my father.
