There's a road in New Plymouth called Centennial Drive that runs along the coast. I got my bike sunk in one 4WD track but then I found this track further down.
I use this track to boost my skills. I like it a lot because it has a great allround aspect to it as it has deep sand, ruts, bumps, dirt, and with a bit of rain deep puddles.
I can feel my arms after watching it xD

Actually it's more the legs that you'll feel. I'm standing up doing this.
Never skip leg day. 😂
And now you know I have no clue of riding motorbikes :D
It's all to do with the type of riding. If you're road or track you're seated and tucked in. Motorcross track riding you're mostly seated. Adventure riding like I'm doing is more standing up because it stops all the bumps and holes from sending the shock into your back. Your legs become a more balanced shock absorber.
