When you work for a company, you feel safe. You will get your salary every month on time. You don't need to worry about the company, you just do your job what you are responsible for. I also feel it gives a false sense of security. You can lose your job.
On the other hand, when you work for yourself, everything depends on you. You will not get the salary. You decide how much you will pay yourself and how much you will invest in growing your business. There is no office hour. You are on 24/7. Yes, it's hard to relax. The most important thing is, you have to take care of yourself, otherwise, who is going to take care of your business? Today you are working way hard at the cost of your sleep, health, and family time. You may not like the consequences in the future. Whatever you do, having a balance is the key.

Both their advantages and disadvantages. Personally, I think having a stable job is better when you don't mind working. Of course, I do want to retire eventually so building sources of income is something essential. In terms of a business, it does require more work but I do think it can become a hands off if it becomes big enough.

Yes, whether you do a job or business, it has advantages and disadvantages. Everyone does not have to be an entrepreneur. People should go for what they really want to do in life. At the end of the day, you have to manage your finances.
The salary is bread, which is what it is enough for, but the money is in the companies where they work.
When you get a salary from your job or profit from your business, you have to decide and take action on what you do with that. Anyone can improve their financial situation if they manage their finances.
