Listening to the Hive Community Leader Initiative brought up some good points. One of the things discussed is how the message of come to Hive, post content, and get rewarded showed itself to be a failed path. People do that and don't get the rewards, they leave.

In this video, I discuss how I see a strong foundation being laid for the Hive economy. This means we have a lot to offer in terms of income generation and wealth creation. When we look at things outside of HIVE, we see a lot of opportunity forming.

Very true! I have seen many people leave HIVE because they didn't get they rewards they expected. At some points, I felt that same urge but I knew better so, I stayed. There's more to Hive than just posting articles. Like you said, blogging is just one aspect of the economy. It requires engagement, consistency and networking. These three has been really helpful for me.

I see reasons with you on the need to diversify and look beyond Hive. There are many other tribes and communities that's got potential in giving rewards. I'm excited to be a part of LeoFinance. I look forward to contents frequently on leofinance.

I'm beginning to have many options other than Hive in the economy.

Lots of opportunities all around. IF people will just look, they will see them growing right before their eyes.
