Some things have seen massive inflation. Over the summer anything home improvement related went thru the roof due to all the demand from those working on their home when they were supposed to be "working from home".

Some models we do. It depends upon where they are made and how much the supply chain was interrupted last year.

I think it has already started. It will get significantly worse if the pandemic begins to slow and life activities return more to the normal side.
Lots of pent up spending would then occur. I feel we are in for a depression in the next 10 years, but a hyperinflation may very well precede that.
Commodities may be the place to be in traditional markets over the next 2-3 years :-)

Commodities are looking good probably from 2022 to about 2024, you are right. They are going to see a supply shortage at some point, led by oil. This will serve those in that area, including gold, very well.

Yes there is a shortage of fridges (certain ones). Recently I had to buy a new fridge but when I checked online, it said I would not receive it until March. I decided to go the Best Buy and ask directly. They said some fridges were not available until March and it not even guaranteed to receive it. In the end, we purchased a slightly more expensive fridge but was readily available. So the supply side issues is only for some items and not all.

In the meantime the economy across the Eurozone is completely collapsing.
The southern part of the continent, which depends upon tourism, cannot weather another summer of no tourists. It will completely obliterate what is left of those economies.

They've closed their own restaurants and there are plenty which have taken loans to survive. They could have survived with their native clients if they weren't forced to close.

Croatia did open its tourism during the summer, but there simply weren't any foreign tourists willing to risk quarantines and increasingly annoying regulations. And some of those attempts turned into PR catastrophe, like Novak Djokovic setting up tennis tournament turned into superspreader event. In neighbouring Montenegro failure of tourist season led to the first change of government in post-Communist period.
