Hello, my dear hivers! Here I am for another blog content. How have you been? I hope everyone is starting their week right. Of course, beyond the demand of personal duties—please don't forget to take care of yourselves. With self-care, your functionality will always be at its best. Anyway, the blog that I am going to share today is the continuation of my internship journey. This time I will be sharing with you all the recent happenings on the Week 6 of my internship experience. Should we get started?
INTRO ON MONDAY
On Monday, we had this little session with our supervisor. He gave us some learning and great advice about real estate marketing. It just feels so good to listen to the person you look up to; you'll never feel how much time has elapsed. Monday is also his busiest day but I admire him for spending a couple of minutes just to have a meaningful conversation with us. One memorable phrase I remember from his advice was don't spend your day on useless things. And it hit me to the bone! I felt guilty about it. As much as I want to be productive, there will always be days that I only want to be on my phone all the time. Doomscrolling can sometimes be my habit—not a nice one! With Sir’s advice, I remind myself to be intentional with my time as it is a habit that will lead me to accomplish great things.
WORK MODE AS ITS BEST
After we had the little huddle on Monday—we were already getting serious on the succeeding days. As usual, we were all working again with the marketing materials. For the editing touches, my co-interns would love to edit using their phone as according to them is more comfortable. Canva is always our go-to-editing app—it’s a user-friendly app. Anyway, the marketing content we were focusing on was about one of our company's partnered real estate developers which is King Properties. We were enlightened about their existing and new projects, so it would be easy for us to put all the details on the creation of the marketing materials. I forgot to mention on the previous blogs that we are using Trello to compile all of our works. Miss A (Marketing Staff) will be the one to recheck all our works. After the approval, that is the time that we will officially post it on the company's Facebook page.
ATTENDED ANOTHER PKS (PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE SEMINAR)
For this week, the PKS we attended was at King Properties. We were again privileged enough to come along together with our company's marketing staff. Knowing the proximity of King Properties and our office we made sure to depart an hour before the PKS started to avoid traffic. Gladly, we arrived at our destination safely. We were all in amazement when we entered their building. It's super spacious plus the staff were very welcoming. On the said PKS, we were enlightened more about the company. Also, the speaker highlights the details of their existing and new projects. Of course, your diligent interns were all ears with all the information as creating marketing contents should be our priority after attending the PKS.
ITS A WRAP!
That encapsulates my Week 6 of my internship journey. Another added wisdom from our supervisor, we were able to create marketing materials and attended another PKS. It's a wholesome week indeed and I can't wait to experience more of what is in store for us next week.
That's what I've got for today, my dear Hivers! I hope you enjoyed witnessing my internship journey through reading my blog. Until next time!
Wow! That's a great experience. Keep up the great work. God bless you on your journey.
