Sometimes it's more difficult to work in a group than to do things yourself, but with the right tools it can be done and it's more rewarding. As somebody said: "The whole is greater than the sum of its parts".

I guess it depends on our own personality. I am also more of a independent person and function best on my own, but yes there are times when I need to fit myself in a community and I like it too, because there is a lot of learning also when minds come together
