This was his first ever on a pole!

The water level is getting lower at the lake. The bridge is now exposed, but it's still not accessible by car, so it's still secluded and not crowded. That gives us the opportunity to kayak out there and pretty much have it to ourselves. Tonight we did just that, and it gave Bugger the opportunity to catch his first gar on a fishing pole. Earlier this year he landed one on a jug, so this was a very different experience. Here's a few photos of that happy boy with his fish. Not bad for a five year old...
