This guy have been wreaking havoc on the homestead!
If you've ever seen a mole hill, then just beneath the surface was one of these. Many more people see the damage that they cause rather than the creatures themselves, but we have found several over the years. This one came out while we were working on the root cellar build. My friend scooped up some soil with his skid steer and this little guy fell out.
They are a very peculiar creature, and there's a lot about them that many people don't know. If you're interested in learning about them, I'd recommend the video above. For the rest of you, here's some fun photos. Enjoy!

They do wreak havoc! I don't have moles, but, I have one vole. He ate all of my tulip bulbs!
