What Has Been The Most Valuable Lesson, I Have Learnt In Life?
Change is Necessary. We need to and had to keep changing ourselves for good and be the better version of oneself. There is no need to be stubborn or egoistic in life, we don't have to be always perfect. Don't overburden yourself being the best, it's ok to keep learning from the mistakes and improve yourself.
I would like to share with you a few reflections about change. I do not want to talk about external changes, which are only pure and simple in appearance. I speak of the internal change, of the relevant. From which, in shorter it will be the one that of step to the achievements that you want to obtain. A change in our innerself.
I am sure Many of us here, we find ourselves in the search for a change, some of a social, artistic, economic nature. Among many others, who take us where we want to be and thus be able to feel satisfied with ourselves. Others, despite wanting something different for their lives, an event that extracts them from their monotony, fear it. This is understandable in a certain way, because it would mean leaving the comfort zone, a place where "it has not happened very well, but it has not been so bad" and it is then where they use what I have called "the mental block" , in the form of a popular saying,
A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush
That is, they prefer to stay as and where they are, even if they know that it will happen "nothing".
To start a change, we have to think about what to change and why?
First of all it is necessary to recognize. You need to distinguish, because of the effect that has caused so far in your life, the actions and attitudes you have had before the different life proposals that have been presented to you. This first step is very important because it will allow you to point out what has been done so far incorrectly.
After specifying what you want to change and why, it is important to unleash, that is, stop doing what was done, in the same way. If you want to get different results, you have to do things differently, try other strategies.
The time of truth has come, the time has come to act. In this stage you will show you that you are capable, that you have power over yourself. You will do what you should do. You will press or tighten the buttons you need, which promote the long-awaited change.
And finally and not at least, you must keep in mind that every change always leaves or carries with it a learning that will only be effective in the same extent as you take it as part of your life and your dailyness. At this moment it is when you say, I have apprehended, because you have taken each and every one of the teachings and learning you have obtained on this trip and you have returned yours.
When you allow yourself to undertake this adventure you will need that it is also bearable. It would be tortuous having to make changes and want them to occur abruptly. With this, they would only be able to generate an unnecessary quota of stress to your life. For this, you will require accompanying your day with a great dose of patience with yourself and knowing that everything has its time under the sun. ☀️😊👍
