I wasn't going to post anything for year-end or for the new year. Then I happened to look at some of my archived files, folders... And realised, the only photos I actually carried on capturing throughout 2021 (and in fact the entire pandemic period) were my sky shots. Sunsets, dawn skies, interesting clouds, any sky-thing at all!
Of course, it's also because I could just look out my front windows and shoot.... Didn't need to break lockdown SOPs and go out or anything... Something to be grateful for, I guess.
So, without further ado, I present... ~ my selection of skies of 2021. These aren't the best of each month but are unpublished, and I perceive as rather pleasing ones for each month of 2021.

My fav bare branch tree... with a sunset scene. The tree died finally, and the branches collapsed. All that remains is a shortened bare trunk - the birds and monkeys have lost their sunset perch...

Onto every sunset, a lil rain must fall... and when I can't open the windows fully (I take too much risk with rain droplets/spray on my camera already....), I catch raindrops on the window glass instead... I think they're pretty...

The towers are the Petronas Twin Towers which were once tallest in the world; now they still holding onto the title for tallest twin towers in the world. And the KL Tower (KL, being 'Kuala Lumpur' - capital city of Malaysia) , nearest the sun in 3rd pic.

Your sky photos are beautiful, the black and white is also excellent! It would do me good to see its colors at the moment, given that I am in the fog and the cold which begins to freeze us like a hihihi freezer. Your idea is good as the calendar put it on the fridge and turned the pages day by day.
I love all the photos with a slight preference for that of October which gives us an exceptional color panel.
That of September with this nascent mist between the two horizons is also very beautiful. August with its orange gradient. In fact I do not have to prefer they are all beautiful. The only sunset photos that I can capture are mostly from August to November. I forgot the December photo with the back lit towers gives the impression that the city is in the clouds.
Thank you very much for your appreciation of the shots! :) I wanted to show a wider variety of shots - they may be of one view - from my front window, but varied scenes instead. I was sorely tempted to have more than one choice for some of the months - but tried hard to keep just one a month. Good to have many enjoying them...
