Reaching 76 years old and being an accomplice to mischief, my dear hivers, is priceless. And that's precisely what my dear aunt, my angel fallen from heaven, did this weekend.
But come to think of it, who doesn't want to be a model... hahaha, I know it makes me nervous, it makes me nervous, what happens is that little by little I've been losing fear of the camera lens, that inanimate being, capable of reading your deepest truths. It is not easy to be the center of attention and be exposed in your vulnerabilities ... and I feel that a camera lens has the ability to capture that.
My aunt lives alone, but once a month for a week we have the joy of having her with us. I mean she shares two to four days with me and the rest with her other nephew. When she comes I know that her face fills with happiness and she shows it with a big smile. On the one hand, my cousin indulges her in everything she wants to eat and on the other hand, I encourage her to do things she rarely does.
So this weekend I proposed to her as a birthday present to do a photo shoot. I waited in anticipation and you can't imagine my joy when I received a YES as an answer. Early Saturday morning we walked to the park, the ideal location, because the contact with nature makes us do unusual things.
I made her hide behind trees, lie down on the grass, make faces, throw leaves, close her eyes, breathe and she just flowed. There was no no for an answer at any time. Hahaha she says yes to everything and I think that's why, at 76 years old, she is in good health, eats more than me, smiles all the time and is completely active.
She loved her photo shoot, she asked me for all of them, she asked me to help her open her Instagram account and she has posted them, more fanatic impossible hahahaha. During the night I enjoyed watching her face as she walked through the pictures and talked to her son, who lives in Spain and received the photos. Deep down I think we should all do a photo shoot, no matter the age. Every age has its beauty, its intelligence and the camera lens is there to capture it.
As for me, it's impossible to be more grateful, she has given me the great opportunity to photograph people, play with my cell phone camera (I still plan to buy a professional or semi-professional one, I realized they are very expensive), play with the light, with the locations, which is allowing me to learn a little more every day.

Llegar a las 76 primaveras y ser cómplice de travesuras, eso mis queridos hivers no tiene precio. Y eso precisamente fue lo que hizo mi querida tía, mi ángel caído del cielo, este fin de semana.
Pero pensándolo bien, quién no quiere ser modelo … jajaja, sé que da nervios, a mí me da nervios, lo que pasa es que poco a poco le he ido perdiendo miedo al lente de la cámara, ese ser inanimado, capaz de leer tus más profundas verdades. No es fácil ser el centro de la atención y quedar expuesto en tus vulnerabilidades … y eso siento que el lente de una cámara tiene la capacidad de captar.
Mi tía vive sola, pero una vez al mes y por una semana tenemos la dicha de tenerla junto a nosotros. Me refiero a que comparte conmigo entre dos a cuatro días y el resto con su otro sobrino. Cuando ella viene sé que su cara se llena de felicidad y lo manifiesta con una gran sonrisa. Por una parte, mi primo la complace en todo lo que quiere comer y por la otra, yo, la animo a hacer cosas que pocas veces hace.
Así que este fin de semana le propuse como regalo de cumpleaños hacerle una sesión de fotos. En expectativa esperé y no se imaginarán mi alegría al recibir un SI como respuesta. El sábado muy temprano caminamos hasta el parque, la locación ideal, pues el contacto con la naturaleza hace que hagamos cosas inusuales.
La hice esconderse tras árboles, acostarse en la grama, hacer muecas, lanzar hojas, cerrar los ojos, respirar y ella, simplemente fluyo. No hubo un no como respuesta en ningún momento. Jajaja ella a todo le dice que sí y creo que por eso, a sus 76 años, goza de buena salud, come más que yo, todo el tiempo sonríe y está completamente activa.
Adoró su sesión de fotos, me las pidió toditas, me solicitó ayuda para que le abriera su cuenta Instagram y las ha publicado, más fanática imposible jajajaja. Durante la noche gocé ver su cara mientras se paseaba por las fotografías y hablaba con su hijo, quien vive en España y recibió las fotos. Muy en el fondo creo que todos deberíamos hacer una sesión de fotos, no importa la edad. Cada edad tiene su hermosura, su inteligencia y el lente de la cámara está allí para captarlo.
En cuanto a mí, más agradecida imposible, ella me ha dado la gran oportunidad de fotografiar a personas, jugar con la cámara de mi celular (todavía tengo en proyecto comparar una profesional o semi-profesional, ya me di cuenta que son muy caras), jugar con la luz, con las locaciones, lo que me está permitiendo aprender un poco más cada día.

Gracias, desde que estoy leyendo el libro "El Placer de Fotografiar" he aprendido muchas cosas interesantes y aunque todo lo tomo con mi celular, estoy aprendiendo a aprovechar al máximo mi pequeña cámara.

Gracias @jomarbym . La disposición de la tía no tiene precio. Ella solo escuchaba lo que quería y si más iba y lo hacía. jajaja ... disfrutó mucho y eso se ve reflejado en las fotos! y si vamos viendo los cambios y queda como recuerdo.
